This one started out based on an ACEO sketch I did and utterly fell in love with. Medusa, the famed gorgon of legend, was said to be a beautiful woman cursed by Athena to bear a visage so hideous as to turn anyone who glimpsed her face into stone.

How lonely it must be to never be able to meet the gaze of another living creature without destroying it...
